Interviews

How do I create an interview?

Go to the Interviews page and click 'New Interview'. Fill in the title, description, duration, and add your questions. You can also add AI evaluation guidelines per question to guide the AI on what to look for in candidate responses.

How do I share an interview with candidates?

Open the interview card and click the share icon. Copy the link and send it to your candidates. Candidates do not need an account — they just open the link, enter their name and email, and start the interview.

How do I activate or deactivate an interview?

Click the three-dot menu on the interview card and select 'Deactivate' or 'Activate'. Deactivated interviews are hidden from candidates but all data is preserved. You can reactivate them at any time.

Can candidates re-record their answers?

Yes, if you enable the 'Allow re-recording' option when creating or editing the interview. You can control this per question or for all questions at once.

Rankings

What does the candidate score mean?

The score is calculated by AI on a scale from 0 to 10 based on the candidate's responses. It reflects overall performance across all questions, taking into account communication, technical accuracy, relevance, problem-solving, and confidence.

How do I share a candidate's results with someone?

Open the candidate's profile in Rankings and click the share icon. Enter the recipient's email address and an optional message. They will receive a secure link valid for 7 days with read-only access to the candidate's results.

How do I get notified when a candidate completes an interview?

Click the 'Subscribe' button on the Rankings page. Enter one or more email addresses and optionally set a minimum score threshold. You will receive an email notification each time a candidate completes the interview and AI evaluation is done.

Why is a candidate's result still showing as processing?

AI evaluation takes a few minutes after the candidate submits. If results are stuck in processing for more than 15 minutes, please contact your administrator.

User Settings

How do I add a new user?

Go to Manage Users and click 'Create Candidate'. Fill in the required information. The user will receive their credentials via email if you check the 'Send credentials via email' option.

How do I reset a user's password?

Open the user's profile from the Manage Users page, click the reset password icon, enter a new password, and optionally check 'Send new password via email' to notify the user automatically.

How do I deactivate a user?

Open the user's profile and click the power icon. Deactivated users cannot log in, but their data and interview results are preserved. You can reactivate them at any time.

How do I change the workspace logo?

Click on the logo in the sidebar to open the logo upload dialog. You can upload a new logo in JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, or SVG format (max 5MB). The logo appears in the sidebar for all users in your workspace.

How do I set a login page logo?

Go to Settings → Branding. Upload a logo that will appear on the login page above the sign-in form. This is separate from the sidebar logo.

How do I change the language?

You can change the language at any time using the language switcher in the top right corner of the page. Administrators can also set the default language for the workspace in Settings → General.

What are consent and completion templates?

Consent templates are privacy notices shown to candidates before they start an interview. Completion templates are messages shown after the interview is finished. You can create custom templates and assign them per interview.

AI Evaluation

How does AI evaluate candidates?

After a candidate submits their interview, the audio is transcribed and sent to the AI model for evaluation. The AI analyzes each response based on the question and any guidelines you provided, then generates a score, summary, strengths, and weaknesses for each answer.

What do the skills on the radar chart mean?

The radar chart shows six skill dimensions: Problem Solving, Technical, Relevance, Communication, Confidence, and Attention to Detail. Each is scored from 0 to 100 based on the candidate's responses across all questions.

Which AI model should I use?

Go to Settings → AI Model to choose between the local model (Llama — private, no external data sharing, slower) and the cloud model (ChatGPT — faster, more accurate, requires an OpenAI API key). The choice depends on your privacy requirements and performance needs.

How do AI evaluation guidelines work?

When creating an interview, you can add an optional guideline per question. This tells the AI what to focus on when evaluating that specific answer — for example, specific technologies, years of experience, or problem-solving approach.
