This article explains how to make a survey visible to all users in the “My assignments” tab. You will not have to add users to the survey manually, but anyone who logs in to the application will be able to start the survey until the session is finished.
Pinning a survey
When you have finished creating the survey (For more information on creating a new survey, please see How to create a survey), you need to create a session before the survey publishing.
To create a new survey session, open the desired survey, and click the “New survey session” button.
- Enter the session’s name.
- Choose the time zone.
- Select the starting and ending time for this session.
- Enable this option, and all registered users, as well as those who subsequently register, will have open access to start the survey. Also, the survey will be pinned at the top of the candidate’s My assignment page.
- Click the “Save” button to create the session.

The user will see the pinned survey at the top of the “My assignments” page when logs into the application.
NOTE: Anyone who logs in to the application will be able to start the survey until the session is finished.
