How to Add Comments to the Questions from the Question Pools

This article will explain how you can add comments as a member of the question pool with both modify and read-only permissions.

Adding question pool members

To add the question pool members:

  1. Navigate to the Tests, then Question pools tab, and select the desired pool.
  2. Navigate to the Users tab and select the Assign users to question pool option.
  3. Select the From the list of all users option.
  4. Select the pool role.
  5. Select the users.
  6. To finalize your action, click Confirm.

Adding comments as a user with a Reviewer role

As a user with the Reviewer role, you can preview and add comments to questions within the Question Pools

To add a comment:

  1. Navigate to the Questions tab.
  2. From the Actions column, click the three dots () and select Question comments.

  1. In the pop-up window, click New comment, then enter your comment in the Create new comment dialog.

Additionally, you can switch between All comments, where you can view all comments for that specific question, and My comments, to see only the comments you’ve added.

You can also add comments while previewing a question. To do so:

  1. Select the Preview icon.
  2. Click the Comment icon.
  3. In the pop-up dialog, select the New comment button.

Note: A user with the Admin role can still modify the question, even if they only have Reviewer permissions.

Adding comments as a user with an Editor role

As a user with the Editor role in the Question Pools, you can manage and edit the question pool, as well as add comments to the questions.

To add a comment:

  1. Navigate to the Questions tab.
  2. From the Actions column, click the three dots and select the Question comments option.

  1. In the pop-up dialog, select New comment and enter your comment in the Create new comment dialog.

Similar to the Reviewer role, you can also add comments while previewing a question. To do so:

  1. Select the Preview icon.
  2. Click the Comment icon.
  3. In the pop-up dialog, select the New comment button.
