Advancing Academic Emergency Medicine
The Society for Academic Emergency Medicine (SAEM) is committed to improving the care of acutely ill and injured patients through research and education. SAEM supports physicians, educators, researchers, and students through forums, publications, inter-organizational collaboration, policy development, and advisory services.
As education increasingly moves online, SAEM needed a structured way to reduce communication gaps, support learner engagement, manage large-scale participation, and provide a reliable learning experience despite distance learning challenges, distractions, and technical difficulties.
Scalable Multi-Institution Testing
YouTestMe worked closely with the SAEM team to create a solution that supports 2,000 to 4,000 test attempts monthly and 36,000 users across multiple medical institutions. Each institution has its own administrator, while all employees use the same practice test to prepare for the official exam.
"To support this structure, the YouTestMe development team created a new user role called “institutional admin. ” Institutional admins can access reports and results only for candidates from their own institution, while the super admin can view data and reports across all institutions in the system."
