The Challenge
BIAA was looking for an automated and secure system solution for its annual certification. After 365 days, they needed old certificates to be suspended, so new test attempts needed to be taken.
- Several manually created test versions, customized and assigned to different candidates to avoid generic tests with randomly picked questions.
- A solution for multiple test graders, something prevalent in the real world that had not been developed as a software feature back then.
Improving Brain Injury Care Through Education
Since 1980, Brain Injury Association of America has aimed to improve the quality of brain injury care by equipping providers with training and continuous education.

Customized Testing and Collaborative Grading
In collaboration with YouTestMe GetCertified, BIAA creates different versions of the same test for each candidate depending on their specific needs. These versions are stored in the system as one test, so all statistics and reports can be accessed on the test level.
YouTestMe developed Collaborative Grading, also known as Multiple Graders, allowing BIAA to assign more than one instructor to grade tests, distribute grading work automatically, define maximum points, and support written feedback.
The certificate format was customized according to BIAA’s branding and criteria, while annual certification and recertification sessions were automated. The solution also includes AI proctoring, technical support, and custom development tailored to BIAA’s exact requirements.
