• Added a new passed/failed variable to the “Test results” notification, displaying the pass/fail status when the report is available.
• Enhanced file upload security by adding layered validation (MIME signature sniffing, structural parsing, and sanity checks) alongside antivirus scanning to prevent malformed or disguised files from being accepted.
• Option to enable/disable Live proctoring for the Proctorio configuration. Previously, it was enabled by default, which required some AI features to be included.
• All Proctorio AI exam metrics are disabled by default. The option to configure exam metrics in the Proctorio configuration will be added in future releases.
• Improved download process for Safe Exam Browser so the download starts immediately. Enabled change and configuration of the default download links.
• Added an option in the Greenhouse integration settings to send the achieved test score either as a percentage or as points. The points format is the default, and the selected score unit is included in the attempt metadata.
• Extended the change password endpoint to support username and external ID for user lookup, with priority-based resolution.
• Option to configure automatic inactivation and deletion of accounts after a specified period of inactivity.*
• The update user endpoint no longer supports password changes and now includes the password expiration time field.*
• Added a new dedicated endpoint for password changes.*
• Password reset is now handled through email reset links, with passwords no longer being sent in emails or set during user creation, in compliance with ISO standards.*
