How to set the default landing page for each role

This article explains how to designate default landing pages for specific user roles. For example, you can make “My Tests” the default page for students. This ensures that when students log in, they will be automatically directed to this page, enhancing their user experience.

Configuring the default welcome page #

To configure the default welcome page, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the “Users” option in the main menu.
  2. Select “Roles and permissions”.
  3. Locate the desired role and click on the “Three dots” icon.
  4. Click “Edit”.

  1. Click the “Default welcome page” dropdown menu.
  2. Select the desired page and save your changes.

The next time any user with that role logs in, they will automatically land on the configured default page.
