How to Subscribe People to Receive Test and Survey Results

This article explains how to manage email subscriptions for test and survey results. You can create subscriber lists and add any email addresses, even if they aren’t registered users in YouTestMe GetCertified. Each time a tracked user completes a test or survey and their results are available, all subscribers will automatically receive an email notification.

Accessing the Subscribers Page

To access the Subscribers page, click Reporting in the main menu and then select Subscribers.

On the Subscribers page, you can view the list of subscribers and access options to create new lists, modify or remove existing ones, and export them as an Excel file.

Creating a New Subscriber List

To create a new subscriber list, click the Create New button. A pop-up window will appear where you can:

  1. Define the list name.
  2. Optionally, add a description.
  3. Enter the subscriber emails.
  4. Click Save to save your new subscriber list.

Note: Enter each email individually, pressing the Enter key after each entry.

Updating the Subscribers List

You can add or remove subscribers from an existing list. To do so:

  1. Click the List of Users icon for the desired subscriber list.
  2. To remove users: in the pop-up window, check the box next to the users you wish to remove, then click Remove Selected.
  3. To add users: click the Add Users button and select the users you want to include.
