How to assign training course manager

For versions:

This article explains how to assign a manager to a training course. A training course manager can add training course materials, add steps, assign tests, or add ad-hoc tests to the training course. Also, he has permission to assign candidates and managers of a training course as well.

 

To assign a manager to a training course, click the “Training courses” tab from the Home page.

Then :

  1. Select the option “Managed courses” from the side menu.
  2. Click the wanted training course.

Once you enter the training course, select the “Managers tab,” click the “Assign manager” button, and select the option:

  1. “From all users”– assign manager from the list of all users.
  2. “From my groups” – assign manager from the list of selected group members.

Click the “From all users” option, and a new pop-up window will show. Then:

  1. Search for a user.
  2. Select one user from the list.
  3. Click the confirm button.

 

Assign training course manager from the list of group members

Click the “From my groups” option, and a new pop-up window will show. Then:

  1. Select the group from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select one user.
  3. Click the “Confirm” button.
