This article explains how to assign a manager to a training course. A training course manager can add training course materials, add steps, assign tests, or add ad-hoc tests to the training course. Also, he has permission to assign candidates and managers of a training course as well.
To assign a manager to a training course, click the “Training courses” tab from the Home page.
Then :
- Select the option “Managed courses” from the side menu.
- Click the wanted training course.
Once you enter the training course, select the “Managers tab,” click the “Assign manager” button, and select the option:
- “From all users”– assign manager from the list of all users.
- “From my groups” – assign manager from the list of selected group members.

Click the “From all users” option, and a new pop-up window will show. Then:
- Search for a user.
- Select one user from the list.
- Click the confirm button.

Click the “From my groups” option, and a new pop-up window will show. Then:
- Select the group from the drop-down menu.
- Select one user.
- Click the “Confirm” button.
