How to Allow Candidates to Continue the Exam

This article explains how to allow a candidate to resume an exam after it has been submitted or when the Allow Continue Later option was disabled, preventing the candidate from continuing the test after a disconnection or another unexpected issue. This can be done from either the Manage Test page or the Testing Center.

From Manage Tests

1. Navigate to Tests from the main menu, select Manage Tests, and open the required test.
2. Go to the Candidates tab and locate the candidate.
3. Click the Allow Candidate to Continue icon.

From the Testing Center

Users with the appropriate permissions can allow candidates to continue their test directly from the Testing Center > Candidates page.

1. Navigate to Testing Center > Candidates.
2. Select the Test and Testing session using the filters.
3. Locate the candidate and click the Allow Candidate to Continue icon in the Actions column.
