Test results and question feedback statistics reports

This article introduces an automatism that analyses the percentage of correct answers using scheduled reports for the Test results for tests and Pool candidate feedback statistics scheduled reports for pools.

Test reports

To navigate to the test reports, do the following:

  1. Select the Tests tab in the left-side menu.
  2. Select the Manage test tab.
  3. Search for the desired test and click on it.
  4. Select the Reports tab.

Clicking on the Open option in the Actions column to see the specific predefined report for the test that is selected.

Scheduling report for the test

To schedule a report, do the following:

  1. Select the Schedule report button.
  2. The report’s name is selected from the previous action (Open).
  3. Define the start time.
  4. If checked, only new or changed records are sent compared to the last reprot.
  5. Define the interval.
  6. Enter the email subject.
  7. Enter the email message.
  8. Define the subscribers that will receive the predefine report
  9.  Set the conditions for the predefined report.
  10. Click on the Save button to save the changes.

After setting the scheduled report, the report will be delivered to the defined email address.

Downloading the Excel file, you will see which questions satisfy the conditions defined for the scheduled report.

Question pool reports

To navigate to the question pool reports, do the following:

  1. Select the Tests tab.
  2. Select the Question pools tab.  
  3. Search for the desired pool.
  4. Select the Reports tab.
  5. Select the Open option from the Actions column.


After selecting the report, the pool question statistics report will be displayed with the questions from the selected pool. To create a new scheduled report, click on the Scheduled report button.

After receiving the email with the Excel spreadsheets, you can download them and see:

  1. Questions in the question pools that have feedback.
  2. Questions from the specific test that have feedback.

    Note: Scheduled reports that are created for the tests and question pools can be found in the Reports/Scheduled reports tab and can be modified or deleted.
