How to Place Candidates in Specific Training Course Step

This article provides instructions on how to assign candidates to a specific step in a training course.

Placing Candidates in a Chosen Step #

To assign a candidate to a training course, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Training courses in the main menu and select the desired training course
  2. Navigate to the Candidates tab
  3. Select the desired users.
  4. Click on the Actions button and choose the Move to Step option.

  1. In the pop-up window, select the step to which you want to move the candidates.
  2. Click on the Confirm button to save changes.

Once the candidates are moved to the selected step, they receive a notification via the application or email, depending on the enabled option.
