In this article, we explain how to access and review reports related to tests.
Access Test Reports
To access test reports, follow the steps:

Go to Reporting > Predefined reports.

Select Test reports.
A list of available test reports will be displayed. Each report provides specific insights, explained below.
Types of Test Reports

Test participants – Lists test participants along with their assigned roles.

Tests basic info – Provides an overview of all tests, including descriptions and creation details.

Item reliability – Displays statistical measures for each attempted test, including item reliability at the question level.
Note: Supported for all test types. -
Tests statuses and availability – Shows all tests in the system with key details.

Test pass rate – Calculates the ratio of attempted tests to successfully passed tests.

Average test duration – Summarizes the average duration of each attempted test with a set time limit.

Test results – Summarizes outcomes for individual users who attempted tests.
-
Accommodations by status – Lists accommodations provided to users during testing sessions.
-
Question success ratio – Shows success ratios for individual questions within each test.

Test question candidate feedback statistics – Aggregates candidate feedback on questions at the test level.

Test results without proctor comment – Displays user outcomes from tests without proctor comments.

Tests per creation status – Counts tests by their creation status.

Outdated test versions – Lists outdated test versions.

Tests per attempt status – Breaks down test attempts by status and shows the total number of attempts, including the average score (in percentages).

Score by question pools – Displays scores for tests/sections categorized by question pools.

Question results by pool – Provides a detailed view of all question results within pools.
Scheduling report
Each report, once opened, can be scheduled by selecting the Schedule Report button. For more details, see the following article.
