How to Place Candidates in Specific Training Course Step

This article provides instructions for assigning candidates to a specific step in a training course. This functionality is useful when candidates need to resume training at a specific step, correct an incorrect placement, or align with newly added course content.

Placing Candidates in a Chosen Step

  1. Click Training courses, then choose the desired training course.
  2. Upon accessing the training course, navigate to the Candidates tab.
  3. Select the desired users.
  4. Click on the Actions button.
  5. Choose the Move to step option.
  6. In the pop-up window, select the step you want to move the candidates to.
  7. Click on the Confirm button to save changes.

Candidates are now moved to the selected step, and you will receive a notification in the top-right corner.
