How to effectively request a session reschedule

This article outlines the steps for students to successfully reschedule their sessions on the YouTestMe platform.

Whether due to unavailability or a scheduling conflict, this article provides a clear example of how to reschedule a session with the limitation of only one free attempt, as well as the steps needed to make subsequent rescheduling requests.

Rescheduling the session #

  1. Navigate to the “Assignments” page.
  2. Chose the “My tests” option.
  3. Use the search bar to find the desired test.
  4. Click on the “Reschedule” button.

Note that in our example, your first rescheduling attempt is free, and you can simply change the session by choosing a different session:

  1. Select one of the available sessions.
  2. Click the “Confirm” button to save the changes.

For every subsequent rescheduling, you will need to send a request. Click on the “Reschedule” button again and when the pop-up window appears, fill out the necessary information:

  1. Select the desired session.
  2. Write the reason in written form.
  3. Upload the necessary attachment (medical documentation file, etc.)
  4. Click on the “Send” button to forward the rescheduled request.

Once you have submitted your reschedule request, the administrator will review it. You will receive a message from the administrator if your request is approved or declined.
